I recorded this version of "Montana" live in the studio for my wife and family-in-law, who spent this past Thanksgiving holiday in...Montana.
Yes, I know I shot it in portrait mode, but it's a small room, and I was using a capo to prop up the phone, so you'll just have to live with the pain.
The studio version of "Montana" will be on Wilderness Amen, one of the three new albums I'll be putting out in early 2020.
Like, seriously. I finished mixing almost all of the songs over the holiday break, and there are only three harmonies left to overdub. Then it's just sequencing and cover art, and streaming forty-odd new songs directly into your ears via this here website.
